Four years ago, I was at the head of a fast-growing hotel business. At the time, we were doing very well, but we were facing a major challenge: staff shortages. I was overworked, juggling an impressive number of responsibilities of all kinds, and overwhelmed by tasks that, most of the time, didn't correspond at all to my duties. It was at this point that the thought occurred to me: "Other companies are certainly experiencing this same reality."
And so SOS Virtual Assistants was born. Our mission was clear: to help companies that were short-staffed. We wanted to offer a personalized service, specifically tailored to their needs. It was the start of an exciting adventure.
