Description:

We are looking for a bilingual, highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to join our team. This person will play a crucial role in the smooth running and operational efficiency of the company. Proven experience in the construction industry is a must. 

Duties and responsibilities :

The role of the virtual assistant will mainly consist of :

  • Follow-up of eligible customers

  • Transfer expenses to Dext

  • Issuing receipts

  • Letter writing for CCQ and CNESST

  • Entering delivery notes into the system

  • Management of other related tasks

Requirements:

  • Application expertise: Mobile punch - Gestion Minute - Trello 
  • Expertise in issuing receipts 
  • Microsoft 365 expertise
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must reside in Canada

Description :

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our customers in a wide range of administrative tasks and provide efficient, productive support in many areas of the business.

Tasks and responsibilities:

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for secretarial activities and assisting the General Manager in her work. In particular, the person will manage the sending and follow-up of invoices, update the database, and follow up on service requests, in addition to participating in the organization of events, as well as other more specific tasks, according to the client's specific needs.

Requirements: 

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Teams tools.
  • Good knowledge of invoicing and receivables tracking tools (Sage50).
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools for smooth coordination of tasks and projects. 
  • Perfect command of spoken and written French.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Description:

We are looking for a bilingual, highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to join our team. This person will play a crucial role in the smooth running and operational efficiency of the company.

Duties and responsibilities :

The role of the virtual assistant will mainly consist of :

  • participate in the creation of marketing campaigns on Facebook;
  • participate in the development of a marketing strategy in collaboration with the customer;
  • help with translation,
  • upload texts and/or make additions to the WordPress site ;
  • add workbooks and recorded courses to sales funnels;
  • connect sales funnels to payment applications.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in payment applications (such as Stripe)
  • Good skills with social networking platforms
  • Expertise in setting up and managing social network marketing campaigns
  • Good knowledge of WordPress
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
